Black Friday Dinnerware Deals

Our Black Friday dinnerware deals cover the plates, bowls, and mugs we reach for every day, in stoneware, porcelain, and glass. Pieces from our Essential Collection are wide, relaxed, and made to mix + match across colors, so you can build a full table for Thanksgiving or finally retire the chipped odds and ends. Shop the rest of the Black Friday sale while you're here.

Start with dinner plates and bowls, then add sizes as you go. Sets of four make it easy to scale from dinner for two to a full holiday crowd — and the savings carry through to Cyber Monday dinnerware deals, too.

Black Friday Dinnerware Sets, Plates + Bowls

A 16-piece set is the fastest way to a full table: four each of dinner plates, salad plates, low bowls, and large bowls. Then fill in with pieces sold in sets of four.

Here's what to look for in our dinnerware sale:

  • Essential Dinnerware Set: Stoneware with soft rippling and a slight raised edge — a hand-thrown feeling without the hand-thrown price tag. In Bone and 5 more colors.

  • Simple Porcelain Dinnerware Set: Fine porcelain with a glossy interior and matte exterior on every piece. Tuesday-night easy, dinner-party polished.

  • Large Bowls: A set of 4 at 6" across and 24 oz, roomy enough for soup, salad, or the best cereal-and-milk of your life.

  • Mugs + Serveware: Mugs, serving bowls, and platters to round out the table.

Setting the Holiday Table

Black Friday dinnerware sets you up for the rest of the season. A few ways we'd put it to work:

  • Thanksgiving Leftovers: Large bowls for reheated stuffing and late-night pie.

  • Holiday Hosting: Dinner plates in a single color for a clean, calm table.

  • Color Play: Ceramic tableware mixes Mustard, Olive, and Sky for a table that feels collected, not matched.

  • Gifting: A set of four makes a practical present for a new home or a first apartment.

Is Stoneware or Porcelain Better for Everyday Dinnerware?

Both hold up to daily use, so the choice comes down to feel: stoneware is heavier with a relaxed, earthy look, while porcelain is thinner and more refined. Either way, all our dinnerware is dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe up to 450°F. Avoid sudden temperature changes, like setting a hot plate on a cold marble counter, which can cause breakage. Light scratches from cutlery are normal for both and buff out with Bar Keepers Friend. For the full rundown, see our dinnerware care guide.

Because each piece is produced in small batches, expect slight variation in form and finish. That's part of the charm.
